Justin Schroeder Scholarship
Qualified students may apply for the Justin Schroeder Memorial MCYSA Student/Athlete Achievement Award by completing the application and submitting it to the MCYSA Scholarship Committee.
Applications are due on or before April 1, 2025

An individual is eligible if he/she meets all of the following criteria:
- Is currently enrolled at an accredited college or university under-graduate program, or is a high school senior who will be attending an accredited college in the fall semester of 2025.
- Participated as a rostered player of a 15U Host Team in the MCYSA Tournament, or served as a volunteer for the tournament, or was a family member of a Home Stay family.
- Is currently in the upper half of his/her high school class, or has a GPA of at least 2.5 at his/her college or university.
Selection is based on participation and leadership in school and community extracurricular activities and on the quality of the essay.
If you are selected for this award, your photo and/or excerpts of your essay may be used in future MCYSA promotional material. Also, you may be required to substantiate your class ranking and GPA.
